Looking at the number of items I'll have to change the names of for a potential Amiibo Tourney if I want to post it up on YouTube is amazing. Not that it's a massive number, just that it's a non-zero number.

All the ones in red will need new names. For instance, "Crasher", "Banana Blaster", "Bobby Oum", Smart... uh... Bubble?, "Remote Rat", "X-Flare", "Evil Eye". And while "boomerang" should be okay, I don't trust YouTube's algorithm enough to make that bet.

The goal of the series is to be entertaining more than anything else. That's why I'm not adhering too closely to actual, competitive rules. Because I am unknown in the community and it's *my* got-dang tournament, the rules will be based on what *I* think is entertaining at the time. I just desire 4 more Amiibo so I can have a full bracket of 16, or 6 to cut the number of Inklings from 3 to 1. As it stands, a dozen entrants isn't bad at all. Pools will give me a workout!

Stages will be randomized, so we may not see the same stage twice between pools and the bracket. Again, the Rule of Fun is in effect, so most large stages aren't included. Pretty sure the only stage larger than Temple that's active is Windy Hill Zone.

Yes, there's stages with walk-offs and stage hazards are on, but I will point you once again to the Rule of Fun. If I didn't think this was going to be fun, I wouldn't do this at all.

Mostly, I kinda want this to be some sort of "fuck you" to over how they've treated the community over the years. How, I don't know, but jfc, their idea of "community management" is mostly just shutting them down for no other reason than "because they can".

Billions of dollars in the bank and they can't buy a shred of humanity, an ounce of decency, or a dollop of common fucking sense.
