[P] It still makes me so grumpy that lemmings hold up Larian as some gold standard when they're as slimy ad anyone else. Larian never bothered to finish acts 2 or 3 of Baldur's Gate, they pulled an oldschool shareware manipulation and coasted by on the strength of act 1, but that was hardly all they did wrong. See, people are supposedly mad about tracking, AI, and algorithms, but guess what Larian used? Exactly that!!

I've just release a Baldur's Gate 3 mod.
Or a mod of a mod rather.
It improves upon the original mod, which adds the Gunslinger subclass (from Critical Role), fixing some bugs, adding the "Misfire" feature and improving balance.

Ele incrementa o mod anterior que adiciona a subclasse "Gunslinger" (de Critical Role), consertando uns bugs, adicionando a feature de "Misfire" e melhorando o balanceamento.
Baldur's Gate 3 es la cumbre del CRPG.
Me ha llevado 120 horas pasármelo aunque podría haber sido bastante más.
Siempre me han gustado los juegos de 'tomar decisiones', pero es que BG3 juega en otra liga que todo lo demás. No me hago a la idea de la inmensa variedad de ramificaciones que tiene el juego.
Te lo pasas y dices: esta ha sido mi historia, y dudo mucho que nadie haya tenido una igual. Es que no es solo tomar x decisiones importantes; es que de repente en un combate metes la pata, y esto da lugar a que un NPC importante muera, o que haya un giro de guion en la trama. Es que te da por subirte a un tejado a investigar, y deriva en una secuencia de misiones interesantes que muy fácilmente podrías haber pasado por alto.
El combate es excelente y premia la creatividad, hay una variedad de estrategias inmensa. Hay muchos protagonistas carismáticos con los que conectar: por ejemplo cierto personaje ha tenido un desenlace negativo y me ha dado una pena infinita.
Y yo creo que no he visto mejor doblaje en un juego. Me casaría por ejemplo con la voz de la narradora.
Hay que decir que el juego tiene una complejidad que de primeras echa para atrás, sobre todo si (como yo) no sabes apenas sobre D&D. Y no mentiría si digo que tras pasármelo hay bastantes mecánicas que aún no entiendo. Y me daba pereza jugarlo por esa barrera de entrada, pero vaya si merece la pena. Con ganas me quedo de hacer una run malvada.
Hay muchos momentos memorables, pero uno que destaco es cierta pelea con cierto boss especialmente difícil, en el que la música te deja con la boca abierta.

Act 2 has been pretty much a breeze. Only got the Shar temple and everything that comes after that to deal with, which is gonna be an interesting challenge for my solo durge haha. I did do my homework though, so it should be doable
