LisaH<p>Ugh so exhausted after standing, running around, stressing at work for 14 hrs that I fall asleep instantly at 9pm</p><p>But then I'm wide awake at 1130pm for hours (with more stress and worry and anxiety about everything running thru my mind)</p><p>Then I fall back asleep eventually but I am so tired when I have to get up at 430am</p><p>This is unsustainable.
