Intermittent issues are the worst because it can take thirty hours of gameplay before you find out you're not done tinkering yet :p
Constitutionally I don't think I'm cut out to be a PC gamer - tinkering stresses me out. Unfortunately consoles aren't any better these days, especially price-wise.
I know there's no such thing as tech that Just Works -- no, not even that one -- but it's something I dream about at night sometimes T_T
