Here’s my TOP tip for gaining health & vitality throughout your lifespan, and ultimately the strength & fortitude needed to remain steadfast in your knowing of who you are:

1️⃣ Nourish Your Nervous System Repeatedly Throughout The Day (For Years On End):
<br>
As neuroscientists often say, “What fires together, wires together.” Meaning that through our daily choices and the way we respond to various circumstances that arise, we have the capacity to reinforce existing neural networks of trauma/grief/suffering or over time we have the capacity to create new neural networks that breed health, safety, and resilience. We do have a choice.
<br>
Through practices like Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, Acupuncture, Reiki, and practices for working with the mind; these are all ways of bringing the nervous system back into a state of balance, ease, and relaxation which creates a sense of safety and nourishment in the mind & body. This also begins to transform your nervous system on a fundamental level so that you experience this state of being much more easily and accessibly.

This is the singular MOST important way to experience health and vitality as someone of a marginalized identity.

Do not ever underestimate the power of healing your nervous system!
