The image shows the Elbe, during low tide. The foreground consists of wet sand and shallow water, reflecting the cloudy sky above. There are small birds scattered across the sand and water.

In the middle ground, there is a narrow strip of water separating the shore from a pier that extends into the sea. At the end of the pier, there is a red and white striped lighthouse.

Ein Leuchtturm in den grün bewachsenen Dünen unter einem dicht bewälkten Himmel.
Der Leuchtturm ist quadratisch und rot, hat je Etage ein kleines weißes Fenster an unterschiedlichen Seiten. Die Kuppe mit Sendemasten ist weiß. Man sieht direkt auf eine Gebäude-Ecke. Er steht etwas rechts der Bildmitte, im Vordergrund sind rechts ein paar Gräser.
